About yachts and their history:
s/y Farciarz
The Great Trainer - a yacht built in the late 70's. A training unit for years associated with the Żywiec Reservoir, where she sailed as s/y Piotr.
In 2018, it was purchased by the Foundation. In the years 2019-2020, a general renovation of the yacht took place with much involvement of the Foundation's cadets. During the renovation process, the Foundation's cadets chose a new name for the yacht. The yacht was launched in the Korektywa port in 2021, and since then it has been used for long training and internship cruises throughout Masuria.
s/y Dyzio Marzyciel
The Great Trainer - a yacht built in the mid 70's. Training unit for years associated with the PTTK "Rejsy" Sailing Tourist Club.
From April to July 2014, renovation works were carried out in the Czerniakowski port in Warsaw. The cadets of the Foundation took part in the renovation, and in July they launched the yacht and set off on a cruise to Masuria. Since then, the yacht has been sailing in Masuria. The Foundation's cadets who want to develop their sailing skills are trained on board Dyzio Marzyciel. In 2017, the yacht took part in the 24-hour Dezet races in Giżycko.
